Falcon Messenger - Privacy Policy

Falcon Messenger is a 100% self-hosted messaging application. Users connect directly to server owners. Once installed, Falcon Messenger does not collect or transmit any user data to the developer.

2. Data Collection

For regular users: No personal information, messages, usage patterns, or metadata is collected. The developer has no access to accounts, messages, or activity.

For purchasers/subscribers: An email and password are collected strictly for account creation, purchase, and software update purposes. This data is used solely to manage subscriptions and updates.

3. Data Sharing

Falcon Messenger does not share user data with third parties. Purchaser information is only used to provide the purchased software and updates.

4. Security

Users are responsible for their own servers and account security. Falcon Messenger itself does not transmit data to the developer after installation.

5. Age Restrictions

Falcon Messenger is intended for users 13 years or older. The software does not enforce this limit, so users and server owners must comply voluntarily.

6. Updates

Optional updates may be provided by the developer. These updates do not collect user activity or personal data.
